What works well?
Management is very vertical, with an authoritarian approach that leaves no room for autonomy. Initiative-taking is discouraged: the slightest deviation and an employee can become the target of a session. The term "session" is overused, since it's always a one-way "masterclass". Instructions change frequently, sometimes from one day to the next, to the point where employees learn to procrastinate before executing a task, knowing that it may be changed later. Above all, the high salary compensates for a stressful environment, where pressure and lack of respect wear teams down. Staff turnover is massive, reflecting a reality that the company doesn't seem to want to face head-on. Telecommuting (which has been banned since ?) is treated as a form of leave, reflecting a real lack of trust.
What could be improved?
Access by car is easy, and the premises are spacious, modern and open-plan, with a well-equipped cafeteria. Getting started in the company is generally a welcoming experience, and the first few days give the illusion of a positive atmosphere. The salary is attractive, but this is clearly the company's most flattering façade.

What works well?
The premises are modern and rather pleasant. The armchairs and sofas are new and quite comfortable, giving a good first impression. The coffee machine works very well and the toilets are well-maintained and almost always clean. The pay in general is decent, even good for the region. For those who like to come by car, there's plenty of room and it's easy to get to. The working environment itself could be nice if the general atmosphere were better, as the offices are spacious and bright.
What could be improved?
On the whole, the way the company is run is complicated. Management is often changeable, and we receive instructions that sometimes contradict each other from one day to the next, which makes work a little stressful and unclear. The working atmosphere isn't great either, with remarks that sometimes cross the line, especially in group sessions, giving the impression of a lack of respect and trust towards employees. There's a lot of micro-management and little space to do one's work quietly or give ideas. Strategy-wise, it's as if it's always on the move, so it's hard to understand the direction the company wants to take. Business is struggling to get off the ground, which creates a kind of pressure that's not very pleasant. As for internal practices, there's no possibility of telecommuting, fairly rigid working hours, and very little flexibility in general. The site is also a little difficult to get to without a car, as it's far from the station and not served by public transport. The noise from the airfield next door can be tiring.
