My experience at EMBOFLU (Embo-Flüssigkeiten AG) was rather disappointing. Although the company is small, which could be seen as an advantage for some, I found the organization chaotic and there was a distinct lack of communication. This creates instability, with constant pressure, but without any real support or solid structure. Added to this is a management style that seems out of touch with the realities on the ground, fuelling a cycle of departures and high turnover. The BALT group in France seems to have blind faith in this structure, but they don't seem to be aware of the internal problems affecting employee well-being.
