Great atmosphere and interesting work
What works well?
The atmosphere between colleagues/manager and customers is very friendly, the communication open to exchange and to our evolution with training courses offered, additional vacations or very interesting bonuses.
What could be improved?
I'd say the salary could be improved, but it's a start-up business and I didn't have my clientele, so despite that the salary was very decent, and the clientele is growing very fast.
