What works well?
The work was good, there was good communication between the hierarchy and colleagues, a break every 2 hours of work (10/30/10), free and unlimited coffee, a break room, a restaurant, a terrace on the roof to get some fresh air, not to mention the showers in the changing rooms, ..., good work cohesio...
What could be improved?
The only thing I have against this company is the lack of listening. I wanted to move on, try out other jobs, increase my versatility, but every time I did, it fell on deaf ears.
