My job is demanding and requires a considerable investment. Given my responsibilities as team leader, I think it would be appropriate to review the salary scale to better reflect the value of this position. This is particularly true for the Martigny site, where the demands in terms of team management and supervision are greater.

Follow-up between patients and caregivers: lack of important information in files files, apprentices don't know where to go for information and to whom etc...lack of time at the colloquium.

We're a good team, we help each other out and we're well guided by our manager. He's responsive and participative. The atmosphere is good. Salaries are fair and working hours are very flexible. They give us opportunities to advance our careers.

As far as I'm concerned, it's a matter of taking into account everyone's strengths and weaknesses and working with them. The sector managers are a real help, providing all kinds of support.

Colleagues get together to talk about customers. A lot of information on macrocible, teams, but I kind of miss the physical exchanges I used to have.

Flexible working hours are a big plus, as is the possibility of teleworking. What's more, the CMS regularly offers interesting and useful training courses for its employees, which I think makes the CMS an attractive employer.

Personally, I don't think there's much to improve.
