What works well?
My job at the CMS is that of site support manager and pool coordinator. I also have occasional mandates from management to provide training to sector managers, to help them learn their jobs. With defined sectors, the teams have created their own identity. There's a friendly atmosphere within these teams.
What could be improved?
Over the past year, the CMS Martigny & Régions has been overhauling its organization, focusing on team autonomy. This work will extend over a period of 5 years, the ultimate aim being to have self-managing teams that respect the CMS mandate and framework conditions. The shared vision of the CMS needs to be improved, so as to take into account the common good of the CMS and not its personal good. Many people are absent due to illness, which has a negative impact on the rest of the teams.
