What works well?
Close team bonding and tasty french food Many trips possible with the residents
What could be improved?
The organization takes a low-threshold approach to long-term care. However, there is little respect for teamwork and collective efforts. Frequent staff turnover occurs due to poor management and a culture of fear. Constructive communication is lacking, and critical voices are often dismissed. It is unfortunate because the care concept itself is strong, and the location is excellent.
