Good working climate and opportunities for advancement
What works well?
I've been working for IPT for 10 years, and I've found it to be an environment in which I've been able to develop professionally. Positive aspects: - Great autonomy in the organization of my tasks. - Flexible working hours and the possibility of teleworking. - Ongoing training offered every year. - Pleasant working atmosphere. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to progress in my duties and gradually take on new responsibilities.
What could be improved?
The break room needs to be enlarged, given the number of employees.

Poor management and a culture of surveillance.
What works well?
I've known some very good people there, but they suffer on a daily basis. It's a shame, because there's great potential for development. Salaries are decent.
What could be improved?
Worst work experience of my career. Management absent and when present it is authoritarian. The organization is archaic and anarchic. Surveillance, denunciation and micro-management are present on a daily basis.
