What works well?

Complete initial training Well-structured, over 1? months. Allows you to take up your new position with confidence. Friendly atmosphere Friendly colleagues, helping each other on a daily basis. Fluid communication Management shares information clearly. Exchanges are open and transparent. Responsive managers: Good support. Takes into account employees' feelings and needs.

What could be improved?

I'm very satisfied with my experience at CeRFi. The initial 1? month training course was comprehensive and very well supervised, which enabled me to take up my duties with confidence. The working atmosphere is pleasant, and colleagues are friendly and always ready to help. Management is communicative, and the people in charge listen to their employees, which creates a healthy and motivating working environment. A company I would recommend without hesitation!

What works well?

I'd like to say that this is a company that takes care of its employees. As someone else rightly said, it's a win-win situation. The big plus point, compared with other similar service companies, is job security. What's more, it's skills that are taken into account, not age or other criteria. Initial training allows you to acquire or perfect these skills, and it's always possible to take training courses while on the job. In two words: VERY POSITIVE

The initial training is very well thought out. It enables us to acquire state-recognized certificates and we are very well supervised.

What could be improved?

I have no criticism to make. No other company looks after its employees the way CeRFI does. It's give and take. If you have a good attitude, they have a good attitude.

What works well?

Initial training lasts 3 months, and that's the only advantage, because during those 3 months the salary is ridiculously low, so you have to survive (under stress and with so little income). If you negotiate well, you can get training (in exchange for an obligation to stay x months).

What could be improved?

A miserly salary compared to the industry (especially when you know the rate charged to the customer), authoritarian and paternalistic management, no sense of teamwork. Obligation to stay for 18 months or you have to pay back the compulsory training, which is during the trial period (and therefore traps disappointed people who want to leave). I spent 7 years there by obligation and not by choice, not a good period even though I graduated. But you'll be better off elsewhere.
