Unfortunately, very little works properly at this company. The salary can be attractive, provided that negotiations are handled well from the start. There are a lot of sick days, due to the heavy workload, but also because of particularly difficult relations with management.

Management must be fundamentally rethought. Current conditions are creating a level of stress that prevents people from working calmly and effectively. We need to reevaluate our management practices in order to restore a healthy and respectful work environment.
