"Honestly, Gérances Giroud is a great company. It's a family business with real human values. The atmosphere is top-notch, whether at work or during outings with colleagues. We all get on well together, and that makes all the difference in the day-to-day running of the business.
What I also like is that you can really develop yourself. Ongoing training is taken seriously, and we're given the means to learn, progress and improve our skills. There are real prospects.
The offices are superbly located in Villars-sur-Glâne or Bulle: right next to the freeway and with good transport links. This clearly makes my life easier and saves me a lot of time.
There's real diversity in the teams, which is really enriching. All the generations are here, the profiles are varied, and gender equality is really respected.
What's also cool is the diversity of professions in the company: there's leasing (internal and external), brokerage, accounting, PPE management, technical... So each department brings something to the table, and that creates a great dynamic.
