For my part, I had the opportunity to do an internship at Frédérique Constant as Quality Controller, as well as in T1 for movement assembly, and a short internship in T2 for casing. What I particularly appreciated was the professionalism and rigor of the teams, while maintaining a human and collaborative atmosphere. One of the company's strong points is its clear, well-structured organization between the different production departments. Every step, from quality control to assembly, is carried out with a high level of precision, demonstrating a real commitment to watchmaking excellence. The transmission of knowledge is fluid, and employees are available and pedagogical.
