What works well?

One of the things that worked particularly well throughout the recruitment process was the clarity of communication. From the beginning, the expectations for the role were clearly outlined, and the presence of a dedicated point of contact who followed the entire process created a strong sense of consistency. This person ensured that all interviews were scheduled efficiently with other team members, which gave the whole experience a clear structure. The feedback I received was also very personalized and thoughtful, which I really appreciated. I always knew where I stood in the process, how many interviews were left, and who I would meet next. This transparency helped reduce any potential stress or confusion. Overall, I had a very positive impression of the working environment. It felt structured yet friendly, professional without being overly rigid.

What could be improved?

One area that could be improved is the optimisation of the interview process. While the response times were generally good, coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders understandably takes time. However, having more than three interviews for a position felt excessive, especially when several of them involved repeating the same answers to similar questions. To make the process more efficient and enjoyable for both sides, it could be helpful to consolidate interviews, perhaps by having two interviewers in the same session. This would reduce redundancy and offer a broader perspective in a single meeting. Making interviews more conversational rather than strictly structured around Q&A can lead to more engaging, authentic exchanges. It allows candidates to express themselves more naturally and enables recruiters to explore more nuanced aspects of their personality and professional fit.

I think the onboarding of the Group is really good. The structure is clear and welcoming. The environment is engaging and stimulating.
