In my recent experience, the working environment is strongly marked by a vertical, authoritarian and not very benevolent management style, where communication too often takes the form of criticism rather than constructive dialogue. An atmosphere of internal tension, gossip and unequal treatment is perceptible, with few concrete means to remedy it.
The IT tools used on a day-to-day basis are slow, outdated and a frequent source of errors, making basic tasks extremely complicated and putting unnecessary pressure on teams.
