What works well?
Lack of presentation of the group (history). I was offered a drink.
What could be improved?
Rigid interview. Very standard recruitment questions (your faults, hobbies, self-description, judgement of relatives, etc.) quite proutprout. The interviewer reads the questions on his standard form without deviating from the recruitment procedure. The 2nd person doesn't say a word, which makes you wonder what this person is doing here, and you can imagine that they're not interested in the candidate. Very long return to find out where things stand with the process. The perfect case to demotivate an applicant.
