What works well?
As soon as I arrived I was taken care of with a three-day training course and supervised by a team that listened to my concerns. The flexible working hours and the means at my disposal allowed me to be efficient in my work. I highly recommend this company which has top managers.
What could be improved?
We can always do better. If I have to find a point, the digitization can be improved.

What works well?
The Régie Brun offers a pleasant working environment and a flexible schedule system that allows me to reconcile my private constraints with my working days. The management is very attached to human values and this is reflected in the day-to-day work. The social conditions are interesting. A nice cafeteria has recently been set up and I enjoy meeting my colleagues there to share a coffee or take my meals.
What could be improved?
Although there is always room for improvement, overall I am very satisfied with my working conditions.
