Our history

Founded more than 65 years ago by Messrs. Schindelholz and Dénériaz, the group gradually expanded throughout French-speaking Switzerland. After refocusing its activities on civil engineering in the 1990s, it experienced steady growth driven by both organic development and targeted acquisitions.

Since 2010, our five companies have operated under the sdplus brand, combining their complementary expertise to help address today's and tomorrow's challenges throughout French-speaking Switzerland.
