What works well?
The company benefits from an excellent working atmosphere, flexible working hours and an ideal location close to public transport. Bonuses and sports-related benefits are also highly appreciated. Finally, the salary scale, aligned with that of the State of Valais, provides a fair basis for employees.
What could be improved?
It would be desirable to strengthen communication and collaboration between management and the various departments, in particular the HR department, in order to give them real decision-making power rather than limiting themselves to executing directives. In addition, systematic feedback on internal surveys would help to establish a climate of transparency and value employee expression. Budget management would also benefit from clarification, to avoid misunderstandings and facilitate planning.
