Flexible Working Hours, Good working atmosphere
What works well?
Family business, incredibly friendly, I have a lot of freedom.
What could be improved?
I love working here. I get to communicate with gymnasts all around the globe. The grips are a specific product that is not that easy to understand, so it really takes time to understand the production process. Feedback is always welcome and I can propose the ideas I have regarding potential new products.
