Words and promises. Turnover. The production kitchen.

What could be improved?

Global organization! Nothing is framed, everything is done at the last minute without anticipation, so we tinker with solutions and don't dare talk to us about excellence... Doing better with less will always be impossible! It's a real shame when you're managing such a business, which could be exceptional if managed professionally! Consideration for staff is unfortunately not a priority.
