The Wädenswil Viticulture and Enology Center (WBZW) is the center of excellence for viticulture and enology in German-speaking Switzerland, located in Wädenswil (ZH). For over 100 years, Wädenswil has been an important hub for research and education in viticulture. The WBZW, which has been operational since January 1, 2018, continues this rich legacy while also exploring new approaches. In addition to applied research in viticulture and oenology and its own wine production, the center offers services in the areas of laboratory & analytics and knowledge transfer.
