Oniverse, new name of Calzedonia Group, is an Italian multibrand company founded in 1986. Today the company includes numerous fashion Brands: Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Intimissimi Uomo, Tezenis, Tezenis Kids, Falconeri, Atelier Emé, and Antonio Marras. The Group is also active in the food&wine sector-through Signorvino, Tenimenti Leone, La Giuva, and Podere Guardia Grande Brands - and, following the recent acquisition of Cantiere del Pardo, in the nautical sector - with the Grand Soleil Yachts, Pardo Yachts, and VanDutch Yachts Brands. The company is vertically integrated and takes care of all stages of the supply chain, from idea to production in its own Plants - 30 Production Plants between Italy and Abroad - to worldwide distribution. To date the company, from the retail point of view, has more than 5600 stores, direct or franchised, and is present in more than 59 countries worldwide.
