As Corporate Administrator, you play a key role in providing legal and administrative duties within the organization. This position involves a wide range of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the Legal & Corporate Department.

Our client is a family office.

Description

  • Assisting and/or preparing of notices, proxies and minutes of board of directors, shareholders and investment committee meetings;
  • Assisting and/or preparing of various legal and financial documentation (SPA, NDA, loan agreements, subscription documents, etc.);
  • Coordinate signatures and perform due diligence controls on various types of documents and administrative follow-up;
  • Respond to KYC requests;
  • Coordinate certifications and/or apostilles of various documentation;
  • Prepare bank account opening documentation and update all banking documentation;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Profile

  • Bachelor degree in law or economics , STEP qualification a plus;
  • First experience (2 to 5 years) in a similar position in a family office, trust company or corporate legal department in a multinational environment;
  • Proven planning and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Highly proactive and problem solving oriented;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Dynamic, autonomous and flexible;
  • Confidentially and discretion as watchwords in the performance of work;
  • Excellent command of English and French
