Description
- Assisting and/or preparing of notices, proxies and minutes of board of directors, shareholders and investment committee meetings;
- Assisting and/or preparing of various legal and financial documentation (SPA, NDA, loan agreements, subscription documents, etc.);
- Coordinate signatures and perform due diligence controls on various types of documents and administrative follow-up;
- Respond to KYC requests;
- Coordinate certifications and/or apostilles of various documentation;
- Prepare bank account opening documentation and update all banking documentation;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Profile
- Bachelor degree in law or economics , STEP qualification a plus;
- First experience (2 to 5 years) in a similar position in a family office, trust company or corporate legal department in a multinational environment;
- Proven planning and organizational skills;
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Highly proactive and problem solving oriented;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Dynamic, autonomous and flexible;
- Confidentially and discretion as watchwords in the performance of work;
- Excellent command of English and French
