S&OP Planning H/F 100%

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
  • Manage materials planning, scheduling, distribution, and replenishment processes based on business priorities.
  • Maintain constant communication with purchasing, manufacturing, and sales teams to align planning schedules.
  • Develop analytical models and tools to support planning decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Cooperate with contract manufacturers and key suppliers to understand their production capacity.
  • Evaluate past and current planning performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels and buffer stocks using Demand-driven MRP methodologies.
  • Share forecast versions with suppliers and collaborate to ensure alignment and responsiveness to demand fluctuations.
  • Coordinate and manage retrofit campaigns, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Facilitate stock replenishment from EU to US locations, optimizing transportation and inventory carrying costs.
  • Support the S&OP manager to align to align various functions and integrate DDMRP insights.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the application of DDMRP principles and processes.
PROFIL ATTENDU
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven successful experience in planning, ideally in a regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data, proficient in Excel Macros and Queries.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Phase-in – Phase-out process management within an ERP tool.
  • Education in logistics, supply chain management, or APICS/DDMRP certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • Experience in managing inventory levels and buffer stocks.
