Customer Service Representative

INTRODUCTION

• You create and maintain customers master records in CRM
• You establish sales offers
• You handle customer inquiries in close collaboration with outside sales
• You obtain sourcing allocation from global planning
• You process customers orders and ensure administrative and commercial follow-up (order entries, forecasts)
• You manage and maintain accurate delivery schedule from customers in order entry to allow accurate on time delivery measurement of the plants
• You execute sourcing changes as needed on firm orders / forecasts
• You log and update forecasts on a daily basis
• You issue and raise invoices and debit/credit notes with customers/agents/affiliates
• You transmit transport instructions to the plants and arrange for L/C's or other forms of secure payment instruments
• You prepare all shipping documents in conformity with customer L/C's or the documentary requirements

• At least 3 years business experience in an administrative/commercial position within an international environment
• Commercial backgroung with fluency in English and a very good level of German (at least C1), good command of French is an asset
• Good understanding of international trade practices and the INCOTERMS
• Extensive knowledge of customs, legal and other documentary requirements in the import-export business
• Proficient in using the computer-based Order and Customer Management system (data information system)
• Good communication and coordination skills, ability to work quickly and accurately
• Sense for priority setting, strong problem solving, decision making ability
