Responsibilities

  • Assist the DBS team to identify new business opportunities and help acquire new customers in targeted regions and segments.
  • Engage in ongoing follow-ups with new and existing clients to promote FlowBank’s services and enhance client interactions with the bank.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients in order to elevate brand and service recognition.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the bank to provide a smooth client experience in relation to transactional activity and day-to-day interactions with the bank.
  • Assist in the collection, and reporting of documentation pertaining to client onboardings.

Profile

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably within financial services.
  • Proficiency in English required. Additional proficiency in French, German or Chinese required. Other language proficiencies are a plus.
  • Affinity for networking and building new commercial relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Flexibility to travel abroad, or within Switzerland.
  • Swiss citizenship or employment permit (B & C acceptable)
