Description

-Business Partnering:

Act as a finance business partner for selected departments, providing variance cost analysis and guidance on enabling and staff functions.

Participate in the budget and forecasting process, offering insights and analysis to support decision-making.

Analyse business results and provide value-added insights to management on variances versus budget and forecast.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and other department heads to produce and analyse forecasts for Revenue, Program Margin, and other business metrics.

-Process Improvement and Automation:

Support the Finance team's transition from basic reporting to advanced business intelligence tools.

Work with the controlling team to gather business requirements and collaborate with the IT department to build necessary data infrastructure and pipelines for controlling reporting, data, and analytics needs.

Standardize and automate existing controlling reports, metrics, and dashboards, while also designing new financial/business reporting packages for senior management.

-System Management and Documentation:

Maintain and regularly review the Delegation of Authority Matrix within the Sales Force System.

Document current and new system process flows to ensure transparency and consistency in financial reporting.

-Ad-hoc Analysis and Support:

Provide support to the controlling team with ad-hoc analysis as necessary, addressing emerging issues or supporting decision-making as required.

Profile

-Master's degree in finance, Economics or similar

-Between 5 to 8 years of experience in a Finance / Accounting function (i.e. Business Controlling / Audit / Sales controller)

• Good analytical and numerical skills
• You have affinity to create, review and improve business processes independently.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with PowerBI or Tableau is a plus
• Good communication skill and ability to explain data and financial analysis
• Team player with ability to function well independently when appropriate
• Conversational French a plus
• Self-motivated, results focused.
