We are seeking to appoint an experienced and reliable

Being part of a team of four people, you will play a pivotal role by bringing your expertise and support in a variety of domains such as accounting, reporting, financial forecast, variance analysis and review of strategic projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, participate and review periodic accounting closings.
  • Assess and develop the cost accounting set-up.
  • Perform regular reporting; standardize, develop and improve current processes.
  • Actively participate in cash forecasting and budgeting process.
  • Create, develop and enhance cost analytical tools and KPIs to identify areas of improvement.
  • Perform cost calculations and analyze the performance of our different services.
  • Increase awareness, and support all departments in understanding their results and in performing a forecast.
  • Ensure and maintain compliance with current accounting standards and internal control rules.
  • Be the master user of our ERP system and lead evolution phases of the tool in order to meet business needs.
  • Assist and be the back-up in Swiss payroll calculation and periodic payroll reporting.

Desired profile

  • Business Administration Bachelor's Degree, Brevet Fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité, or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • 5 years’ work experience in a similar position with strong analytical focus.
  • Solid knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
  • Ability to explain financial information clearly and simply.
  • Attention to detail, ability to keep deadlines and set priorities.
  • Strong team spirit with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a culturally diverse organization.
  • Accountable, displaying a can-do attitude and the ability to proactively propose solutions when facing issues.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an asset.
  • Fluent in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
