International Customer Services Agent windsor. (d/f/m)
In this exciting and varied internal sales function, you will be responsible for the full-service support of international windsor B2B and in-house customers and ensure perfect service at all times. You will manage the order process in our digital tools and ensure timely delivery at all times. You will also oversee the entire administrative sales process, including monitoring incoming payments and processing all customer enquiries. You will also create customer and sales analyses.
The continuous improvement of existing processes and participation in customer service projects are part of your varied area of responsibility. Your participation in important sales events and customer meetings with the sales department as well as close cooperation with the country managers and the merchandising team complete your exciting set of tasks.

Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
- Ideally initial professional experience in customer service and in supporting international markets
- Good user and IT skills (MS Office, SAP R/3)
- Very good written and spoken English, and ideally another foreign language
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A high affinity for digitalisation and the improvement of processes
- A quick grasp of things and a structured, independent way of working
- a positive mindset and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
