We are looking for a Microsoft Teams Voice and Meeting Room Teams/Webex Specialist. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our meeting spaces, ensuring seamless communication, and enhancing productivity through Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and associated meeting room solutions.

Your role also involves managing and optimizing the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Microsoft Entra ID environments.

Main responsabilities :

-Ms Teams voice :

• Deploy and configure Ms Teams Phone with PSTN connectivity through Direct Routing, operator connect, and teams calling plans as well as manage Teams-cetified devices, audio/video conferencing, and voice migration

-Meeting room optimization :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and maintain meeting rooms equipped with Microsoft Teams and Webex Rooms solutions.
• Ensure meeting spaces are user-friendly, efficient, and conducive to both formal presentations and collaborative discussions.
• Implement best practices for audio-visual setup, camera placement, and room layout to enhance the meeting experience)

Technology Deployment and Support:

• Deploy and manage Teams/Webex Rooms devices, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to meeting room equipment, connectivity, and audio/video quality.
• Provide end-user training on using Teams/Webex Rooms effectively.
• Provide end-user support L2/L3

User Experience Enhancement:

• Continuously assess user needs and preferences to improve meeting room functionality.
• Optimize Teams/Webex Rooms for various meeting types, such as presentation-focused sessions and co-creation workshops.
• Ensure seamless integration with other collaboration tools and platforms.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with IT teams, facilities management, and vendors to maintain and upgrade meeting room infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define standards, policies, and guidelines for Teams-enabled meeting spaces.
• Communicate updates and changes to end-users effectively.

Technology Trends and Innovation:

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and updates related to Microsoft Teams and meeting room solutions.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance collaboration experiences within our organization.
