Your Role
The Head of Sales, Customer Programs & Product Management is a key role leading three critical areas and teams. Responsible for overseeing our Sales initiatives and Strategy in support of the Company’s overall business plan and targets, developing and growing customer programs and managing key relationships with customers and prospective customers in the aerospace, aviation and electrification industries and leading the product road map management to ensure market share and profitable revenue growth for the Company.
Sales Management
- Effectively develop, implement, and communicate the Company’s sales strategy, goals and progress
- Manage the sales demand within H55, from Design and Test through to Production, delivery and into service.
- Increase the Company’s territory coverage and network, engage, and participate with industry organizations
- Provide overall market analysis and customer prospects, analyzing technical and business needs of customers
- Responsible for developing, managing and growing the sales B2B and Key Account sales pipeline
- Responsible for leading request for proposals, pricing strategy and structuring offers
- Provide deep functional expertise in the industry and marketplace with knowledge of ongoing market trends and opportunities.
- Lead customer relationship management including customer contacts, key account management
- Provide customers with service, support and improvement opportunities to increase their consumption of a product or service, and maximize retention
- Responsible for overseeing and aligning the execution of the various customers’ programs
- Oversee projects within the customer programs, ensuring product compatibility and alignment with company goals
- Responsible for planning, aligning resources, and managing relationships with different stakeholders in the company in line with customer needs
- Analyze market data, oversee and manage the product roadmap as well as product life cycle
- Develops and executes product strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and market needs that drives innovation and differentiation
- Collaborates with leadership team including Chief Technology Officer to define product vision, goals and priorities
- Define product requirements, features and priorities, effectively communicating them to design and development teams
- Plan, forecast, and market H55 products, ensuring the products delivers against defined key performance indicators and metrics to measure product performance and inform decision-making
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across product management, engineering, design, marketing and other teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals.
- Extensive sales management, customer program and product management experience in the aerospace industry is mandatory with small or large aircraft
- Experience in new product introduction, particularly in electrification, would be highly desired
- A proven track record of developing a sales/commercial strategy and delivering on sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to develop and grow professional customer relationships and pipeline
- Proven leadership competencies at a senior level
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, requirements and competing demands
- Bachelor's degree required; Masters/MBA degree in an engineering or technical field preferred
- Ability to work with fast commercially growing small technology companies where product and technology offerings still need to be proven and illustrated on a mass scale within the industry.
