Office Coordination Manager

The impact you will have  


The Office Coordination (OC) team is part of Sonar's Mission Control department. The team is responsible for welcoming new joiners/candidates and visitors and ensuring they have a great experience. We also ensure that all Sonarsourcers have the best working environment we can provide. From reception services to employee lifecycle management, we support all travel and in-office events. 


We are looking for our new Office Coordinator Manager, someone with both experience and energy to help us run and keep developing a high-performance team.

On a daily basis, you will
  • Responsible for a team of 3 Office Coordinators and 6 offices, you will also be the DRI for all OC-related topics
  • You are hands-on and operational whenever needed, and you are also responsible for empowering the team to reach the highest level of performance and well-being
  • The OC team is responsible for reception services, employee lifecycle management, pleasant work experience, in-office events, travel Support, OC Monitoring
  • You are in charge of supporting the continuous improvement activities and projects that improve and innovate the OC activities and services delivered to the SonarSourcers
  • We are looking for someone who will also be the point of contact with the management team and report directly to our VP of Operations


The skills you will demonstrate
  • +10 years of experience in a related position in a scale-up, hotel environment, or large-size company (+200 employees onsite)
  • You are driven by the quality of the service provided and won't settle for less 
  • You understand the importance of this role and that the OC team and all the work done by us
  • Team management experience and willingness to help others grow professionally 
  • Able to think outside of the box, challenging the status quo and proposing new ideas 
  • Experience and ability to drive process improvements, expand services, and open new offices
  • Dynamic, energetic, and resilient, we are looking for someone who will tackle daily challenges with a positive and constructive attitude
  • A fluent level of English is mandatory
