In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a :

Medical Affairs & Patient Data Specialist

Main activities

Act as responsible for accurate and data collection during injection sessions sponsored by TEOXANE at both HQ and at international level :

• Participate in the improvement of processes, procedures, instructions, forms, tools, and database in relation to the patient injection events worldwide and other activities related to the specific Medical Affairs function
• Tailor to different events format (organized by HQ or locally), keep update and harmonize across TEOXANE the mandatory forms for patients and develop/update materials dedicated to patients for optimizing the informed consent collection
• Supervise other functions/affiliates on local SMQ implementation regarding the medical aspects during live injections events and data collection
• Liaise with affiliates/regional hubs/CRM & medical education teams to collect data related to educational activities for HCPs
• Analyse the results of Before and After including a focus on quantified 3D imagery, for different purposes (figures for manuscripts, support to MKT & Education materials, etc),
• Optimize injection data entry system (data entry done by the nurse) and do data validation, extractions, and further analysis to be used for content generation (CMEs, publications, and PMCF activities) to ensure an up to date, accurate data repository without backlog
• Send the patient satisfaction survey to collect patient feedback after injection and do the data interpretation
• Support the preparation of the data (PMCF) analysis reports,
• Participate to medical conferences to be up to date on the state-of-the art and dermal fillers injections

Act as trainer and monitor of patient injections related activities :

• Responsible of training activities/materials to ensure tailored (e.g., nurses, treated patients, employees, affiliates) patient assessment (including use of scales, pictures, and quantified 3D imagery), to record appropriate clinical performance data
• Participate/deliver onboarding training, with a focus on the nurse training and or event organizers, on products, patient selection (medical questionnaire validation), and Safety aspects
• Keep updated training materials dedicated to the nurse responsibilities and/or event organizer
• Whenever applicable, inspect the injection room, the pharmacy/materials for the HQ TEOXANE live injections (dermal fillers, drugs, emergency kit)
• Perform audit on the nurse activity during patient injections at the HQ
• Perform audits during International and Swiss events, when applicable
• Any other special mission that may be entrusted by the Direction

Your profile

• Master degree in relevant scientific discipline e.g., Medical Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences or Related Pharmaceutical Science, with basic knowledge of first aid
• A minimum of 5-year experience in Health / Pharma with Experience in the Medical Device industries being an asset
• Good organizational skills
• Good writing, communication, and interrelation skills
• Basic knowledge of data management system
• Fluent in English and French
