To support the growth of our group, we are looking for an experienced

Portfolio Manager Real Estate (100%)

to join our asset management team.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the strategic planning and management of the assigned commercial real estate portfolio
• Definition and implementation of object strategies (value add)
• Preparation of business plans as well as monitoring of budgets
• Implementation of the defined investment strategy
• Collaboration in the development of the renovation strategy in cooperation with the Constructions team regarding value enhancement, operating costs, profitability and ecology
• Collaboration in the development of real estate projects
• Identification of anchor tenants and negotiation of commercial leases

Your profile:

• Business and/or construction-related education with a higher degree
• Relevant, multi-year professional experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly in the areas of portfolio management, asset management, property management
• Knowledge of tenancy, land registry, and property law, real estate valuation methods, and building law
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Well and established in the real estate industry
• High resilience, flexibility, and team spirit
• Confident appearance and negotiating skills
• Conceptual thinking and quick comprehension
• Very Good language skills in English and French; Good command German is an advantage
