Solution Delivery Manager (1 year contract)

Solutions Delivery

· Overall Technical Lead / Delivery Manager on Payment related projects

· Work closely with business stakeholder, manage and collaborate / communicate with different IT teams (local and group levels) for the delivery of projects

· Prepare and review technical documentation on behalf of IT organization

· Work with IT technical team leads to manage and engage the vendors to build, integrate and deliver high-quality Technology Solutions.

· Work together with a group of application specialists and consultants in order to perform application analysis, design, development and quality assurance activities of all IT projects assigned in agreed baseline estimate

· Review and approve relevant design documents and system integration for IT solutions involving applications from different platforms to ensure end-to-end system integration across platforms

· Review test scope, test approach, and test strategies related to Data Management

· Coordinate with Release Management to plan service introduction and execute transition of the Business Integration Project Release

· Provide approval on major process compliance documents to ensure they meet governance and compliance standards

· Monitor daily operations to ensure application solutions meet AXA's policies, standards and quality requirement.

Solution Architecture

· Working with different IT technical team leads to monitor and ensure the team deliver solutions aligned with Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture Governance.

Release Management

· Review and sign off systems and project delivery to ensure they meet governance policy and customer requirements.

· Deliver proper production support and ensure that production handover materials are aptly prepared.

Incident & Problem Management

· Assist the Support & Maintenance team if necessary and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful resolution.

· Monitor and ensure there are proper resources engaged in the resolution process.

Risk Management and Business Contingency

· Support and provide inputs to develop and implement a risk-mitigation action plan based on the project risk assessment.

Your Profile

  • Support and provide inputs to implement the business contingency solution and lead the team to take prompt actions during incidents and crises to ensure business continuity.

· Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or a related discipline is preferred

· Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills

· Over 7 years of full life-cycle experience in the analysis, architecture, design documentation and 3 years as Technical Lead or Delivery Lead role

· Strong knowledge of Insurance Domain

· Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD

· Strong knowledge of API related technology

· Good understanding of Azure cloud, especially for data related services

· Good understanding of AS/400 (RPG) would be a plus

· Good knowledge on Payment related system or integrations on the market, and understand the industry terminologies (e.g. online banking transfer, FPS, JETCO, etc)

· Excellent soft-skill and communication skill for the collaboration with different business and IT teams

· Competent delivering results through ownership & drive

· Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team

· The ability to think creatively and ensure services meets stakeholder needs and are fit for purpose.

· Demonstrated ability to create strong working relationships with others

· Fluent in Cantonese, English and MandarinAbout AXA
