Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Creation of calculation bases for product and order costing.
  • Preparation of plan-actual comparisons and variance analyses of product costing, production and customer orders
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as support of the inventory.
  • Analysis of data, key figures and processes as well as derivation of recommendations for action.
  • Gain visibility into financial results and operational performance
  • Preparation, coordination and implementation of rolling forecasts and multi-year planning.
  • Support of line, project and process owners in performance management.
  • Contact person for management for business management issues.
  • Management and support of business management projects at the site and in the Hoval Group.
  • Coordination of topics and processes between Group Controlling and Plant Controlling within the supply chain.
  • Supporting local management together with the plant's Head of Finance to continuously improve the profitability of the local site.
  • Creation and revision of process documentation, rollout and training of financially relevant processes.
  • Optimization and further development of the existing system interfaces and reporting processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with Hoval and accounting standards.

Personality requirements and skills

  • Degree in finance or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of controlling of a manufacturing company.
  • Very good SAP skills (CO, MM, PP).
  • Very good knowledge of English written and spoken. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to the headquarters in Vaduz or other production sites.
  • Independent and team-oriented work and hands-on mentality
