Our unit Gas Insulated Switchgears (GIS), based in Zürich-Oerlikon, is active in the development and production of Gas Insulated Switching Systems. We ensure the high reliability of our systems by using state-of-the-art development tools and methods.  

As a Quality Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, monitoring, and improving our manufacturing processes. You'll ensure everything meets our high standards and identify any issues that arise.

Your responsibilities 

• Develop and implement quality standards and processes for Quality Improvement Specialist (QIS) projects 

• Manage, monitor, and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of QIS projects 

• Identify areas for improvement within the organization and initiate appropriate measures for enhancement 

• Conduct audits and quality control checks to ensure adherence to standards within QIS projects 

• Train and support the team on project management best practices 

Your background 

• Degree in project management, engineering, quality management or equivalent experience 

• Several years of professional experience in project and improvement management, ideally in a project environment 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills in German and English 

• Ability to understand and speak the language of both operations and management 

• Strong focus on stakeholder management
