For our customer, a well-established trading and service Company in Zoug, we are looking for a new team member.

As the IT Project Manager, you will be managing a set of IT project that will focus on automation and digitalization as well as upgrading existing and implementing new business applications. You will do so in collaboration with the Project Manager in our subsidiary office abroad and report to the Global Head of the Business Services and IT Services Group.

Your main tasks will include:

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering IT related projects on time and within budget

• Collaborate with stakeholders from the business and external software vendors during requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, go-live and post go-live phases

• Develop project plans, define scope in alignment with organizational goals, allocate resources and manage risks

• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control measures

• Monitor progress, identify issues, concerns, or risks, implement corrective actions and serve as the main point of contact

• Prepare and present project reports, status updates and other communications to the project stakeholders

• Escalate to the relevant Department Heads if blockages can’t be resolved via constructive and positive project management

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Finance. Master’s degree preferred

• Minimum 5 years working experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar function. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)

• PMP, PRINCE2 or comparable certification is an advantage

• Excellent leadership, team management, problem solving and organizational skills

• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Company language is English

• Proven record of ability to work well under pressure and adapting to changing priorities

• Proven record of ability to manage various complex multi-stakeholder projects at the same time
