Job Description

Travail en shift: 14h15-23h00

Pour renforcer son département Manufacturing, Lunaphore Technologies SA recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) en Assemblage mécanique pour effectuer le montage et les tests fonctionnels lors de la production de son nouveau produit, le COMET ™.

• Monter et tester les sous-ensembles alliant mécanique, électronique, pneumatique et fluidique
• Assembler les machines complètes en suivant les instructions de montage et les plans
• Procéder aux vérifications qualités tout au long du processus d’assemblage
• Proposer des améliorations sur la conception du produit pour faciliter sa fabrication, ainsi que sur les instructions et les processus de fabrication
• Collaborer étroitement avec les départements Quality et Supply Chain

Qualifications

• Titulaire d’un diplôme dans le domaine de l’automatisme, de la polymécanique, ou secteur équivalent (CFC, technicien ES, BTS…)
• Expérience dans l’assemblage de systèmes mécaniques, pneumatiques, électriques et fluidiques
• Gout prononcé pour le travail manuel et précis. La connaissance dans l’utilisation des outils d’usinage et d’impression 3D est un plus
• Bonne maitrise de l’anglais et du français
• Rigoureux et fiable, vous êtes capable de suivre les procédures de fabrication et de test écrites en anglais
• Autonome, vous démontrez la capacité à exécuter un travail précis et propre, dans le respect des délais imposés par le planning
• Bon communicateur, vous reportez des problèmes et proposez des améliorations
• Vous êtes ouverts aux challenges et savez vous adapter à un travail offrant des tâches très variées
