SUMMARY OF THE JOB

The Graphic Designer in the Global Branding Department plays an instrumental role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of our brands globally and across all our markets.

The scope of responsibilities encompasses conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs and videos, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful creative solutions. From developing marketing collateral to brand guidelines, the

work of the Graphic Designer will contribute to the global recognition and success of our brands.

This role requires a keen eye for design aesthetics, strong ability in conceptual thinking, proficiency in industry-standard design tools, and a collaborative spirit to work within a dynamic and innovative global team.

MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

● Develop and execute creative concepts aligned with the positioning of the global brands

● Design and produce high-quality visual assets (logos, stills, packaging, marketing collateral, signage, motion design, video production) for various channels and touchpoints

● Seamlessly integrate effective copywriting into design elements, ensuring a working fusion of visuals and messaging

● Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all touchpoints and adherence to brand guidelines

● Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring they reflect the brands essence and values

● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output

● Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas, both visually and verbally, to team members and stakeholders

● Provide creative support for global marketing campaigns, product launches, and events

● Participate in cross-functional brainstorming sessions and design critiques to foster a collaborative and creative environment

● Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team

PROFILE REQUIRED

Level of education/qualifications normally required:

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

Specific work experience:

● 3Y+ proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a global branding or marketing environment (strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a keen understanding of design principles)

● Experience in production management is a plus

● Experience in the (B2B) construction business is a plus

Technical / functional skills:

● Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.)

● Proficiency with Google Suite

● Strong understanding of Branding, Composition, and Graphic Design Principles

● Good sense of design and typography with strong understanding of the latest trends and best design practices

Behavioural competencies:

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Language skills:

● Fluency in English
