For our onsite Talent Acquisition Team in order to cover a maternity leave from September 2024 until end of April 2025 We're looking for

Talent Acquisition Advisor 100%

Your typical day includes

You are responsible for the fulfillment of requisitions with the client. If necessary, adjust the course of action to ensure fulfillment is met. You act as a consultative partner to the client's Hiring Managers; develop a talent strategy that best suits the client needs and market conditions.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities below enable you to achieve goals and to be successful in this role

  • Client & candidate management : Carries out prescribed client management activities and provides support to others by following existing procedures
  • Collaborates with Hiring Managers and appropriate internal team members, to ensure that adequate sourcing and screening support is provided.
  • Contacts Hiring Manager proactively at appropriate, routine intervals about requirements, opportunities and initiatives that may impact talent acquisition.
  • Acts as an advisor to client Hiring Managers on appropriate sourcing strategy.
  • Provides innovative solutions to solve recruiting challenges and influence hiring decisions.
  • Provides timely and useful follow up feedback to candidates on interview results.
  • Use of influence and persuasion to sell candidates on employment opportunities, extends offers and negotiates to final acceptance of the offer.
  • Executes sourcing methodologies to effectively develop target candidate pipelines.
  • Reviews CV's/resumes, screen and interview candidates. Determines the fit while influencing and persuading candidates on employment opportunities.
  • Performs standard and non-routine administrative data processing tasks for the principle and gives colleagues advice on the proper performance of departmental processes.
  • Ensures that requisition activity is properly documented including candidate disposition, to meet compliance and SLA/KPI tracking.

Your background and competencies

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional & intellectual ability.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience as recruitment consultant & as the direct, primary Hiring Manager point of contact.
  • Demonstrated track record of understanding client's' functional/technical hiring needs and translating those into effective candidate generation strategies (passive and active).
  • Preferably experienced in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotech area.
  • French, mother tongue
  • English, business fluent
