Support customers with operational tasks and issues in a productive environment
Implementing, generating, customizing, testing, and approving change requests and releases
Integrate and expand the necessary tool deployment, for proactive monitoring, early detection of problems or fraud detection, as well as for rapid intervention in the event of a malfunction
Configuring and integrating an IAM solution into your system environment
Fault analysis and elimination
Implement, document and automate provisioning and data transfer processes
Unsere Anforderungen
Diploma in Computer Science Systems Engineering EFZ or equivalent background
Good knowledge of Linux/Unix (shell, tools) and network protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP/S)
Experience with deployment, configuration and optimization of tool deployment in support and operational environments
A passion for technical IT security with a focus on authentication and authorization
