WinGD is looking for a

Technical Project Manager Asset Performance Management

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execution of projects aimed at development and implementation of equipment maintenance strategies by leveraging advanced engine diagnostic and prognostic tools and technologies, utilizing advancements in the field of data analytics and machine learning.
  • Primary objectives to improve management of asset risk, increase availability and reduce operating cost.
  • Definition of project objectives, allocate resources and manage timelines effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, assign tasks, and ensure clear communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment, address concerns, and solicit feedback to drive project success.
  • Manage project budget, expense, and resource allocation, tracking cost and variance to ensure adherence to financial constraints and optimize resource utilization.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for future projects.

Requirements:

  • Bsc or Msc in Mechanical engineering or Marine engineering with experience in engine building, service and/or design combined with data analytics
  • Business-oriented thinking (ability to show the financial benefit for owners due to TBO increase and advice)
  • Experience from international company in manufacturing and/or maritime business

(connect engine component knowledge, engine performance and component health)

  • Ability to adapt to changing situations (develop CBM according to pilot projects)
  • Ability to establish relations with key customers (Internal and external customers)
  • Readiness to travel (5 – 10% on yearly basis
  • Leadership / managerial skills (Manage internal and external project contacts in Matrix organisation)
  • Problem solving skills (Pilot CBM projects and issue resolution)
  • Interpersonal skills (Closely work together with internal and external contacts)
  • Self-Management (Responsible for project progress, presentation and implementation)
  • Communication skills (oral and written)
  • Teamwork skills (work and motivate interdisciplinary teams supporting the CBM project)
