If you are are a great communicator, highly organized, team player, dynamic, detailed oriented and creative problem solver — all rolled into one Digital Product Marketing Executive willing to join our team for a 1-year contract in our Headquarters in Nyon then this job is for you.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be primarily responsible for supporting Webloyalty market expansion to new territories and related tasks impacting Webloyalty’s shopping and leisure programs.

We have a strong focus to deliver the best-in-class member experience, whilst operating in a friendly, transparent, and multicultural environment. This role is requiring a blend of digital marketing & operational skills, great attention to details as well as strong communication skills in English and German (other European language a plus).

Tasks and Responsibilities :

This list of tasks and responsibilities is aimed to respond to the needs of the Product & Marketing Team. This list is not exhaustive and acts as a guideline rather than a complete set of responsibilities.

1.1. Daily Tasks

  • Product UAT.
  • Ensure all our new products meet Webloyalty requirements and quality standards.
  • Conduct UAT based on pre-defined scenarios across multiple products and environments.
  • Track and manage defects: creation of bug reports, open tickets for technical teams, follow up on resolution.
  • Perform end to end regression testing.
  • Participate in Product releases.
  • Website management.
  • Write and proofread website and email content copy.
  • Update product content via CMS.
  • Create pop ups and webpages.
  • Maintain websites and track data analytics.
  • Create and update documentation and share best practices within the team.
  • Investigate production issues and identify probable causes, as well as coordinate the activities and resources necessary to implement the resolution.
  • Run defined reports and provide initial conclusions.
  • Update product materials and documentation.
  • Marketing initiatives.
  • Benchmark to ensure the quality & competitiveness of the product.
  • Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns in order to improve product or address pain points.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to define target audiences.
  • Create emails, audience segments and sending cadence and flows.
  • Monitor performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure country legal requirements are applied for the proposed initiatives.

1.2. Stakeholder Management

  • Create and nurture long-term relationships with all stakeholders (internal Nyon office teams and individuals, market contacts, Product Team colleagues, legal teams).
  • Communicate clear and concise information regarding daily activities, status of campaigns, scope of work for each assigned item and, expected deadlines.
  • Manage expectations regarding overall delivery, as well as individual items’ statuses throughout the delivery process.

1.3. Risk Management and Escalation

  • Highlight without delay any potential issues, blockers or stakeholder related risks to the Digital Product Marketing Manager.

1.4. Other tasks we may require

  • Ensure on-time and quality delivery of each campaign for which set deadlines have been agreed.
  • Highlight and emphasize the importance of delivery quality and planning, during the campaign delivery process.
  • Monitor and report on scope and performance of the campaign delivery both internally and externally.

2. Education

  • Education in Digital Marketing or related required.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience and up to 2 years of digital experience or related role.

3. Skills/Experience

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English as well as German (any additional European language a plus).
  • Knowledge of Web Analytics, CMS, CRM, Confluence and JIRA ticketing system.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to see the small and the big picture.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate Business needs into clear specifications.
  • Excellent soft skills required.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to details.
