We are looking for an Assistant to Head of Group IT (m/f/d) in our Global Function Information Technology team based in Pratteln (Switzerland) in part time.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the Head of Group IT’s calendar, appointments and travel arrangements
• Complete a broad variety of administrative and confidential tasks for the SU Head
• Support the Group IT members incl. travel, VISA, office, etc.
• Preparation of monthly Team Meetings
• Scheduling and Coordination of Meetings, Workshops and Events
• Monthly control of the IT contract center
• Responsible for the IT Infrastructure Emergency Calendar
• Create purchase requisitions in SAP, processing of incoming invoices

Requirements

• Commercial education or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in Assistance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good language skills in German and English
• Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment is a plus
• Handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism and adaptability
