CIPOSA SA is a company specialized in MICROASSEMBLY, we design, develop and manufacture modular and flexible equipment for the assembly and testing of small and very small components. Founded in 1966 in the cradle of the watchmaking industry, we have naturally specialized in the assembly and testing of components that require high precision and high technology. We are well known in the Watch, Medical and Semiconductor industries. To support our commercial and strategic development in our Medtech and Semiconductor industries, we are looking to strengthen our team by hiring our future Key account Manager dedicated to these two sectors. We expect from our future Key Account Manager to be able to transform and position CIPOSA as a recognized key player in automation machines for the micro-assembly needs. Your main mission will be to identify potential application areas from scratch to develop our company in these fields. You will define the business development strategy including its business plan, and ensure its deployment and sustainability by identifying the industrial players active in these areas. ARE YOU THE RIGHT PERSON TO SUCCEED IN THIS CHALLENGE? You are an entrepreneur at heart, dynamic, and have spent several years managing industrial projects in the field of automation and assembly machines. You have an engineering degree in Microtechnology or Industrial Engineering. You have developed and maintained your network in this field, which gives you a very good knowledge of the players and the competition. You are able to manage complex sales cycles with a strong ability to identify opportunities and bring them to a deal. You know how to move projects forward, with the various stakeholders in the decision-making process, in order to bring decision-makers to the negotiating table. You are a native French or German/Swiss German speaker with a perfect command of the other language. English would be a real asset. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to establish strong relationships of trust. Your team spirit will allow us to achieve ambitious objectives together.
