Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant will conduct and secure the high quality of Plant Administration, by liaising with People Managers, external stakeholders and the other Plants across Jabil network.
Your Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Administrative tasks (expenses reports, business trip organizations, outlook calendar management, purchasing orders processing for Site Leadership Team, and any other secretarial duties as assigned)
Events organization (business meetings, Plant visits, quarterly Town Halls, engagement events for employees, People Leader workshops and trainings)
Site Leadership Meetings organization: managing agendas, creation of meeting minutes and ensuring that follow-up actions are processed in a timely and proper manner
Analyzing and solving administrative issues in a fast and efficient way in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across Switzerland and abroad
Creation, collection and administration of reports (including organizational charts)
Being responsible of Plant Manager’s agenda and his correspondence
Project support in global processes, including Jabil Switzerland communication network, change management and engagement activities for Mezzovico Site
Site Point of contact for internal communications, including organizational announcements, cascading and reinforcing global communications to the Plant, Italian-English translations and viceversa
What is like working with us:
Diploma or Bachelor‘s degree
2 – 3 years working experience in the same position
Strong IT affinity (MS-Office)
Strong organizational ability
Strong communicator
Ready to accept and drive change
Italian mother tongue and very good command of English (oral and written C1); German or French is a plus
