To reinforce our Sales Department of our Operating Company Nestlé Suisse SA, we are currently looking for a Regional Field Sales Force Manager Retail.

In this role, you will lead the NiM Field Sales team Ambient, to leverage excellence in execution at POS within Retail Universe and guaranteeing agreed Category Channel and Customers plans execution.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of operational field sales plan within region under responsibility and the excellence of its execution at POS level within retail
  • Ensure achievement of agreed Field Sales Cycle targets and yearly defined Territory KPI's
  • Guarantee regional accounting of Migros & Coop organization, leveraging local opportunity and bridging information and promotional impact between central deal and POS execution in the region
  • Collaborate with Frontoffice, CCSD (Trade), Key Account Team and Supply Chain to deliver overall commercial plan
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and local regulations
  • Ensure development of careers, succession plans, training, development and coaching of Regional Field Sales team
Required Profile
  • Bachelor Degree in Business
  • At least 3 years' experience in business operations, with a direct exposure in Marketing and/or Sales
  • Good understanding of all Sales functions (Customer, Field Sales, Trade)
  • Success in a track record of developing people
  • High flexibility for frequent travel within Switzerland
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and French with excellent command in English
