We are looking for a Receptionist/Business Support to cover a maternity leave during 5/6 months starting next January.

You must speak perfectly English with excellent knowledge of French.

Our client is an international company.

Missions

As the Receptionist / Business Support Coordinator you will be: o Supporting the business with a full range of administrative duties, inclusive of:

  • Arranging travel and hotel bookings.
  • Populating on boarding/off boarding forms.
  • Printing and binding.
  • Managing Incentive schemes.
  • Ordering and sending relevant cand/client cards/gifts etc.o Reception Duties:
  • Switchboard operation using Cisco UAC Advanced software.
  • First point of contact for all visitors, candidates, clients, and staff from other offices.
  • Communication with main building reception to book all visitors in.
  • Booking all meetings held in the office (co-ordination and preparation), using outlook booking system.
  • Upkeep of front of house area and all meeting rooms (presentable and clean for guests).
  • Liaison with building security, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Co-ordinating refreshments and catering as and when required.
  • Booking couriers and taxis.
  • Sorting incoming post and sending internal business post using the royal mail business account - dealing with any postal enquiries.o Supporting operational staff with various administrative system updates such as but not limited to:

Profil du candidat

You must have at least 2 years of experience as a Receptionist/Office Assistant - people coming from the hospitality industry are strongly encourage to apply.

Demonstrates excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.

Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail

Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills as well as other Microsoft Office applications.

Strong numeracy skills

Takes initiative, challenges current thinking, and makes suggestions

Demonstrates drive to work towards targets and deadlines.

Demonstrates ability to maintain composure and deliver a solid performance under pressure or in stressful situations - resilience

A strong team player - cooperation within the team is a must.

Professional and timely communication.

Ability to multitask is an essential.
