Description du poste

We are currently recruiting a Trade Marketing Coordinator based in Le Locle. As a member of the International Marketing, you will be required to create launch information documents for each new Tissot product (distributed to our affiliates all around the world and Tissot HQ) and to manage the Extranet platform.

Product Launch information:

  • Elaborate content in collaboration with different departments who contribute to the launch information
  • Create specific texts about new products in English such as: punchlines, key words, detail that counts, designer's word, CAB (characteristics, advantages, customer benefits)
  • Responsible for the layout of the texts, the pictures and the translations in all languages
  • Interact and coordinate with markets

Tissot Extranet digital platform:

  • Manage, suggest and develop new tools for the Tissot Extranet digital platform
  • Responsible for maintenance and accounts

Print and digital materials:

  • Assist the Project Leader in the execution and production of different key print and digital documents (Sales Manual, General Catalogue, Tissot Magazine, Special leaflets and User Manuals for watches)

Merchandising and advertising focus

  • Collaborate with the Sales department and the markets to monthly collect the different merchandising/advertising focus


  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, with the sense of initiative
  • Rigor, with the sense of analysis and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Eye for design

Compétences requises

  • University degree in Marketing
  • Good editorial skills (French and English)
  • Technical basic knowledge and affinity with watches
  • Experience in the development and management of projects
  • Computer skills: MS Office
  • A plus: knowledge of desktop publishing packages (especially InDesign) and printing process
  • A plus: experience in watch industry and/or FMCG in a fast growing and international environment


  • Fluent in French and in English
  • A plus: other languages knowledge
